1)-Connect the external HD cable, with the USB-C adapter, to your Android,
2)-wait for the HD connection indicator light to turn on,
Now proceed:
3)-find the location where you stored your NEO images and videos (on Android) and select the ones you want to transfer, click copy (or move, choose),
4)- go to the HD and select the location where you will store them on the HD (open a specific folder for this, so you will have the sequential numbering),
5)-click paste and wait for the transfer,
6)- then check on the HD if they were all transferred.
The prints are in Portuguese but they are easy to identify, good luck.
