Copy/transfer NEO to Android or IOS

Copy/transfer images/videos from NEO to Android/IOS. Turn on NEO, plug usbc-c cable into NEO,
1)- Android: plug usb-c cable into Android, go to File Manager folder, locate USB Storage, click DCIM, click DJI_001, locate files, select, click: move or copy, return to Android main storage, click paste, wait for transfer. 2)- On IOS: Turn on NEO, plug usb-c cable into NEO, plug usb-c cable into IOS, locate Files folder, locate InternalStorage, click DCIM, click DJI_001, click on the file you want to transfer, click on the option you want. Attention: these prints are in Portuguese, but it will be easy to locate by the icons. Good luck.

It’s good to see that. I’m not the only person who cannot get wireless quick transfer to work. Never had any luck with it on my Mavic 3 or on the Neo.
