Neo 2?

I saw some cases on Amazon. Do you have one that will fit everything and the Goggles that looks good?
I got my case today, now I am waiting on the package from south korea, it shipped yesterday

No need to do that, I’ll just hook up the one I have on the shelf!
It’s amazing how far technology has come. I can remember being amazed at the MiniDV camcorder I had and the Kodak DC40 digital camera (my first digital camera) way back when.

I was giddy when I spent some outrageous amount of money on a Sony palm-sized camcorder that could shoot FHD and had a built-in hard-drive for storage. That was something like 20 years ago.

I still have it, have since lost the batteries and charging brick, so I can't play with it even for nostalgia without replacements for those accessories. My phone so puts it to shame anyway

I think I still have some photos from the DC40’s whopping 0.4MP camera. I had it when I went to Wales long ago. It would be interesting to see what modern image processing software can do with those old photos.

My first action cam.

Full size VHS Camcorder fastened to my helmet when I snowmobiled back in the day.

Gosh it was heavy.

Speaking of snow (kind of) we are getting walloped. Can’t wait to get out Nordic skiing with NEO.

So, Quadmovr has a new vid

Thanks for sharing!
This guy is so smooth and precise.

I am so glad I got into FPV, and the Avata 2 opened that door.
This is acro, but not FPV. This is LOS acro. I know RC clubs around and sometimes stop by when heli acro pilot practise. That´s on an other level... But they do it without Goggles, just like quadmovr, because it´s impossible for the brain to follow and process, you have to see the aircraft.

That makes sense.

When I was learning Manual/Acro I watched without goggles how a little Cetus Pro responded to the controls. I think it really helped me understand more about how the drone reacts to each control.

This is RC model sport

For a pensioner who has to use a rollator this was a great choice to get in 2026. Family came along and bought me one in Dec. 2025. I can locate safe flying clubs but until then its easy to hide and look for safe places to fly for drone laws and for my personal security too.

It has rc use, verbal commands, vision control, phone control (not keen), vr later perhaps with a friend along. Easy for a beginner like me, even with short term memory loss (pain meds). I practice in the house with all forms of control daily. Outside will come on a calm day and a secure place. I do photography, so it will come along with me. It may not be top end but it has enough bells and whistles to keep me captivated. Nor is the price (assuming I got to buying it myself) top end. Enuf...innit!
