Neo 2?

I’m waiting for now too. I was hoping for more improvements in camera features and direction track.

I also noticed the original NEO is still the same price on DJIs site. You’d think they would have reduced it a bit now that the new drone is out everywhere except the US.

I hear there will be a BF sale on NEO 1.

Unless I can find a great deal on NEO 2, I'm inclined to wait and see what the Avata 360 can do.

I could have one tomorrow, in stores in 2 official retailer in my town, ready for pickup in an hour...

Interesting. It was reported, that every accesory costs more, but the batteries and the hub has pretty much the same price, as the Neo1. The O4 module is 21€ only, I caculated around 40€. So, the solo drone with 1 battery and the transciever together 260€. Not much. But I´buy rather more batteries and a hub to my A2

If I were buying the NEO 2 (but I'm not) then this seller would be taking my online order: DJI Neo 2 Fly More Combo RC-N3 Controller 3 Batteries $599 on eBay

Yeah same, but drone only, no FMC or any accessories available, so made more sense to order the FMC from DJI. Not to mention that for me the current € exchange rate means ordering from DJI is about 5% cheaper than buying local.

(i don't need the RC-N3, but as usual buying the drone only plus everything to have the parts in the FMC except for the RC is like 25€ difference and is not available anyway, so...)

If I eventually buy the NEO 2 and that’s a big IF, I would get the motion fly more combo since I already have both an RC-N3 and RC2 controller. The goggles and motion controller is something I don’t have and could use with both NEOs.

For me it´s a bit different, because I´m ebayer and willhabener for a long time and buy almost everything (but the 2 Neos bought in Media Markt) on the marketplace from other pilots. Brand new or used, but in perfect condition for much less money. Also selling out unused stuff. Bought my 1st Neo in fmc, but sold the RC N3 to a german pilot on willhaben.

Ditto. Not into image capture or autonomous tracking features of the Neo. As is has been fine with my personal wants and needs. Will eventually need to replace the battery sets. Purchased a 2nd complete fly more kit last time since the price difference of 3 batteries and a charging hub v. the kit wasn't significant. Plus, now less concern if I total the original Neo with a back up. Probably just do the same if price drops. Assuming DJI will phase out the original Neo. Bummer that they didn't stick with the same battery for the Neo2. Neo assuming it isn't trashed will become a paper weight once batteries are unavailable. Part of the DJI Ecosystem.

Friend asked what my plans are with DJIs current issues and future product plans. I told him I'm done with DJI once the Avata2 and Neo are trashed or batteries are unavailable. Back to ELRS and BetaFlight hardware. Just need to upgrade the analog video to digital and decide on which digital system.

I feel for all DJI pilots in the US whether you fly FPV, photo/video or both. Hopefully the current situation will be resolved and things will get better soon.
