I bought my first drone in Switzerland and launched it here. The law limits the flight altitude to 120 meters from the ground, not from the takeoff point. But my drone does not want to fly above the takeoff point, and for me this is very important, since in my area the altitude difference can be 300 meters.
I want to clarify, I use the RC2 remote control.
The only option is to land and take off again. But this is not a solution since the connection may be lost during landing or the surface slope is large.

Thanks to everyone who can advise!

That's how it is, since the aircraft can't know the ground height the takeoff height is used.

On the Minis you can unlock up to 500m if you switch it from C0 class to C1 to deal with that, but that's not an option on the Neo.

Similar to where I live in the USA. The 120 meter altitude limit is fine in most situations. The Neo is less than a dot at that altitude. Home is located on the side of a ridge ~120 above Lake Superior and the surrounding river valley and ~120 meters below the top of the ridge. A few problems. Easy to lose or not in VLOS at even 120 meters altitude. Taller trees on the ridge exceed 30 meters. If flying downhill can easily exceed the USA max altitude limit of 400feet. Neo sort of keeps me in compliance with good flying behavior. Another Neo plus.
