Fall Colours

Here are a couple of photos I took with the NEO today during a walk through some bush trails. These were shot in Auto mode to see how the camera did with auto settings. I will try to take more tomorrow in manual (Pro) mode which is my preferred mode to shoot photos in.

Note that I was using the N3 controller so I have the sharpness at -2. These are straight from the camera, no post-processing was done.

Yes, the colours seem to be late this fall. Also, there doesn’t seem to be as many reds either.

Ours down here have barely started changing. Normally, the leaves would mostly be on the ground by now.

Those are fabulous pics! Detailed, color is superb, and this was a Neo. I'd crank up the saturation a little and a pull down the shadows just a pinch in post, just a suggestion.

I don't expect Mavic 3 results. I have to say though, the Neo is exceeding my expectations in imagery everywhere but low-light.

Beautiful photos. It's funny coming in here being in awe of photos from a 1/2" sensor while people are complaining about the photos coming out of the one-inch Air 3S sensor over on the Mavic forum.

The best camera is the one you have with you as the saying goes.

With regard to the complaints about the Air 3S. Some people will never be happy with whatever DJI comes out with.

Here are some more Fall shots from a trail walk today. The first is a vertical pano (8 shots). It was a beautiful warm fall day with a temperature of about 13ºC at midday. I used the N3 controller and did some minor edits (highlights, shadows, saturation).
