I've looked hard to find the answer but I'm not sure why once up in the air I can't get the gimbal to point straight down at 90 degrees.
Can any of you experts help

Hi,
I purchased the Avata2 and Neo a few weeks back, and still not able to activate the Neo but Avata2 was OK.
Looks like procedure initiates a temporary Network for the activation procedure but somehow gets blocked.
Constantly coming back (lost connection etc...).
WHY such an UNFRIENDLY procedure to link up ?
Please help.
