Nothing major... USB-C socket came loose from the PCA inside the charging hub, making it unusable, of course. Created a support ticket, got the UPS label, sent it in. Was expecting an email after it had been recieved and evaluated that a new one was heading my way, no cost.

That's almost exactly what happened, except I also got, just now, a phone call from the sweetest, most pleasant customer rep just to let me know it was on its way and to check email for a tracking number.

That was expensive for DJI... seems like they're going the extra mile right now with customer satisfaction, given all the troubles the last year. Kudos, DJI!

Good to hear. Thanks for sharing the good experience. We all to often hear the bad.

It took awhile for DJI to understand the Western concept of customer service. I think they're doing a pretty darn good job now. A few hiccups on occasion, but overall doing a very nice job.

True dat! I was surprised to get a personal phone call over something that was so minor, and entirely their cost. like you said, they "get it".

I have always found DJI Customer Support to be good.

I currently am in an argument with them over their Maintenance Service for Enterprise drones.

While I do not agree with them on the issue, they have been very responsive, fair and professional.
For me that is one of the most important parts of the interaction.

On my DJI Care replacement of my crashed Avata2 they also called me. Once before I sent it to make sure the serial numbers on the aircraft and the battery agreed. Then once I received the replacement, they called me again to see if there was anything wrong or missing from the transaction. I told them I got the replacement and everything was fine. But that seemed like awesome engagement and follow up from them.
