Yes... the satellites are moving, and the 12 you were locked on to did not provide a good fix with their current arrangement in the sky.
One or more moved enough to improve the accuracy of the fix, or one or more were replaced in the constellation by others that came into view, and the accuracy of the fix exceeded the necessary threshold.
