Whats better the neo rc controller or motion 3 controler?

The RC controller will give you a standard flight where the MC3 gives you a FPV flight. Much different type of flying. I tend to fly much lower to the ground in FPV and goggles and much higher with the RC2 controller.

Define what you factors you consider "better"?

JMHO, MC3 is as many note very "intuitive". Just point the indicator where you want to fly to and squeeze the trigger to accelerate or slow down. FPV for anyone. Just remember that you need the Goggle3 or N3. MC3 is just an input device that send your input to the goggles. Goggles are your tx and rx.

Personal preference for trad sticks and goggles for immersive fpv. No interest in image capture. Only times I use video recording is the "last 30 seconds" option if I crash and don't have visual sight of the Neo or Avata2 hopefully sitting on the ground.
