Me too! I have everything I need right now and don’t intend on buying a new drone anytime soon - Flip or Mavic 4.I've already decided, I'll keep my NEO and I'm not excited about DJI's new products (remember: I also have a Mavic Mini, Mini 2, AIR 2S) but that's enough for me, I like the NEO for its portability and ease of use, but I won't buy any other, my garage is already full.
Would be a step backwards form the Mini 4 pro. No obstacle avoidance sensors to the sides and rear. And actually the front shield is only shown in its function as a mode display, not as a lidar sensor. The new or replacement of the Mini Pro 5? Will be interesting if it is equipped with LIDAR.
My evolving thought process: If the Flip can do what the Neo can with a better camera and quieter operation, then I might be game to pick one up. Those are my two nitpicks with the Neo.Being that I already have a couple Mini Pros and the Neo, I don’t have a ton of appetite for the Flip, but could change once the official announcement is made. I got the Neo for the automatous modes mostly to assist in filming for YouTube and it fulfills my needs. Unless there’s a “got to have it” feature, it’s a pass from me.
Mine went through the Cincinnati DHL hub before being routed to Minneapolis.Ordered a 2nd Neo a couple days or so ago. Received notification of customs release and it has been shipped via DLH from China. Supposedly on the way to MSP DLH depot. Will be interesting to see if the package ends up being held at Customs in Minneapolis/St.Paul. Little surprised not stocked at the CA warehouse. Maybe out of stock or container being held by Customs?
Chinese New Year's Holiday approaching. IIRC, in the past not much gets processed or shipped until after the Holiday period. Assuming DJI is not releasing the FLIP until after the Holidays?
As noted before. Waiting for next gen DJI FPV. Hope is it will be Neo sized, immersive biased. FLIP is looking to be more like the MiniPro series vs. FPV immersive models.
