Good morning! Last week I was using my neo on my electric bike on follow going around 10-15 mph and it was working fine following me for some time. But in the middle it suddenly stopped recording flipped over and shut off. The neo was at about 40% there was no wind and it was flying too low for any birds to hit it. Any idea why this happened?

I crashed my Neo today for the 1st time. The left joystick stopped working. The drone was in manual mode and descending. When I realized, that something went wrong, it was too late, I couldn´t lift up the drone and it crashed into the ground. Nothing happened really, it got a bit dusty. Turned it off and on again. When I got back to my car I made another try, hovered the drone and let´s see... It didn´t work the 2nd time. Went home did a FW refresh on the FPV3 RC, updated the goggles, performed a compass + IMU + gimbal calibration and refreshed the FW on the drone too. Now, it seems to be O.K. IMO the FPV controller is a junk as it is. Very bad, that no Radiomaster or Jumper RCs can be used to DJI drones...

Video/logs would be interesting, would expect that most likely it did work fine, just you put yourself in a situation e.g. VRS where you didn't have enough power/didn't react appropriately to escape. Pretty common mistake.

Don't forget the STOP/BRAKE button in manual... has saved my bacon a few times with the Avata 2.

Let´s strart all over again, I wasn´t probably clear. I fly mostly beside our houses, there´s a small field. i know it very well. I fly always very low, because there´s an intl airport nearby. The Avata batteries were emplty already, it was the 1st battery with the Neo. I was just flying strait and descended. And suddenly the left joystick stopped working at all. The right was working fine. So i was able to slow down the drone, but there was no time to do anything else. I´d say it landed like a fixed wing. Recovered quickly, within a few minutws. I turned normal mode back and flew the drone in front of me back to my car. I let the drone hover and tested the sticks one more time hovering in normal mode, just a few steps from me. Checking the right stick: ok, fine. checking the left stick: not working. 😒 It came back to life after a few seconds. I turned off everything, went home did all these calibrations, cleaned the drone and went back to fly. This time all went fine... It´s not the crash, what´s interesting, no damage whatsoever, just had to clean the drone and the props. Why the left joystick failed. Two times.

Logs would still be interesting to see if the stick was being seen as moved or not,
