Neo crash

[i own a neo]

Good morning! Last week I was using my neo on my electric bike on follow going around 10-15 mph and it was working fine following me for some time. But in the middle it suddenly stopped recording flipped over and shut off. The neo was at about 40% there was no wind and it was flying too low for any birds to hit it. Any idea why this happened?

You might try retrieving the flight log and see what happened.

I crashed my Neo for the 1st time. The left joystick stopped working. The drone was in manual mode and descending. When I realized, that something went wrong, it was too late, I couldn´t lift up the drone and it crashed into the ground. Nothing happened really, it got a bit dusty. Turned it off and on again. When I got back to my car I made another try, hovered the drone and let´s see... It didn´t work the 2nd time. Went home did a FW refresh on the FPV3 RC, updated the goggles, performed a compass + IMU calibration and refreshed the FW on the drone too. Now, it seems to be O.K. IMO the FPV controller is a trash as it is. Very bad, that no Radiomaster or Jumper RCs can be used to DJI drones...
