Just got my very first drone, a dji neo2 with n3 goggles and motion controller 3. Took it to the gym today and found flying with the motion3 was so strange. I'm used to flying planes with a regular stick transmitter. Only tried the goggles for few seconds because wearing them combined with the motion 3 was beyond me. Will have to get into a field and practice more with the motion 3 before ai try with the goggles. Migh5 consider getting an rc2 controller later in the year.
Cheers

I hated using the MC3 at first, now that I’m used to it that’s the one I choose first for flying with my Goggles headset. Give yourself time to get used to it and you’ll find it gives you a much different feel to your flying.
I also spent many years flying planes using a standard transmitter so I know how that feels and what you’re saying.

Hello. You can use the FPV RC 3

Greetings from central Indiana.

Googles and MC, for me, is the best way to fly. I sometimes have minor tremors in my hands and the fluid motion with the MC is easier for me

I think it is much easier for the younger ones who have grown up playing video games and using video goggles than old farts like me to use the n3 goggles and mc 3 controller. Now that spring is almost here in Alberta I'll be able to get out into the field and practice.
Cheers

I’m several years older than you, lol..I’ve been flying since the very early 80’s with a passion my wife always hated. It’s just something I’ve always had to do. Some hobbies are like just that. I like using all the different types of drones and controllers for something different and new to do. One thing I still haven’t jumped off into is the manual flying though using the FPV RC3 controller shown of which I do own. Never been a gamer as you said yourself.
