I fly my Neo indoors in a fairly large gym. Sometimes it goes absolutely crazy. Could I please get some help for when flying indoors where there is no satellite communication? What do I set how and what do I need to see on the controller that will tell me it is ok to fly and that the Neo isn't going to go crazy on me?
Thanks a lot,
Joe

I use my NEO for flying indoors without issue. I'm not sure why yours would do that.

This issue is as old as the drone itself. This is a low end drone equipped with low end modules incl the VPS and GPS. If there´s not enough light for the VPS, the drone switches to ATTI mode (starts to drift, speeds up etc). Common problem. You can install a downward facing light (link in other topics).

If there are no recognisable patterns on the floor it won't be able to maintain position, gotta learn to fly ATTI.

The floor is pretty uniform but there are patterns at one end. Would having patterns make it settle down.
What do you mean by learning to fly ATTI?
Thanks,
Joe
