If the aim was bad on the first attempt, then we go back and try again.

Looks like you put it through using your hands instead of flying it lol

Clarifying: when I'm entering the location, the NEO is in flight, but when I remove it from the place where it crashed, I do it with my hand up to the landingpad and then NEO flies again.

There might be some rebar in the structure that may momentarily affect the compass when passing through. 🤔

Yes, good point, I hadn't thought of it that way.
Fly faster, so it won’t have time to react to any rebar! LOL!
It's a double edged sword, because faster flight means more potential damage if you miss "the gap!" Make sure to turn on crosshairs and a center spot over your display for best results.

Funny thing about drones in general and holes, big and small. They just do not like them. I have a floatplane and had a much larger turbine powered one as well. I was in the process of selling the large floatplane and thought a drone shot of it on the lake would be cool. Really, you need a spot to landing takeoff with the drone (It was a Mavic 2 Pro), out in the middle of the lake. The airplane had a large 1.5m x 2m cargo door opening. Big deal, launch from eh cargo area. Well in testing, I could get it to go out the cargo area, but I could not coax it to go back in. Airplanes are very non-magnetic.

Ended up having my bud coming out in his Husky and do the shots.
