Trouble Activating Neo

I'm having trouble activating my neo, which makes it a paper weight right now.
I've downloaded the DJI Fly app for Android and I can connect to the drone. I get all the way to the activation stage and it keeps telling me to check my connection and try again.

If you activate with a phone it'll need to have cellular connectivity (because since Wi-Fi is used to talk to the drone it can't be used to simulataneously talk to DJI servers).

You can also use DJI Assistant 2 on a computer.

Good morning, thanks for your reply. I do have cellular connectivity. In addition I hooked my neo up to my computer and using the DJI assistant 2 application, I was only able to update the firmware. I cannot find an option to activate the drone.

Need a DJI account

I have a DJI account. Turns out the issue was trying to activate with an android phone (S24 Ultra). Once I downloaded DJI Fly to an iOS device, it activated right away!

Think I saw on the DJI forum that the S24 ultra isnt supported, i may be wrong but it would explain

Having the same issue. Have tried Samsung S21FE, controller, and goggles . I when to the DJI forum for help. I have watched many YouTube videos and I just know it's something I am missing. Updated everything I could.
