The problem is not the wind speed at the moment but the gusts that are predicted, in addition to the heat that will heat up the battery. It is better to wait until the end of the afternoon and perhaps at sunset it will be more convenient.

Blizzard conditions here right now. Reminds me of when I started flying RC in the early 80's and was looking forward to a week of flying with my new hobby. I took a week off and it rained every single day for the whole week I was on vacation. Last week we had dense fog 4 days in a row. This week we have the Blizzard. On the upside though the snow does make for beautiful pictures!

I’m in Ottawa today and it’s -12C. The last couple of days at home north of Toronto we got about 0.75m of snow within about 48 hours. Quite a contrast to your conditions Adembar.
