Heading off antibodies, this was a legal flight at Seacliff Beach State Park, where RC aircraft including drones are allowed to fly over the field in the video, and I had a spotter.

This is rather long, i don't expect anyone to watch the whole thing. Was an absolute blast, Goggles 3 and Motion Controller 3.

Thought this would be interesting to those with neos thinking about FPV. While there's a lot of focus on the cost of goggles, what gets too little attention is the drone is at most risk, and likely to cost something if damaged or lost. Ponder that a little... invest where it counts – goggles – and learn with a Neo. While I've been flying FPV for a few years, I'm still chicken about risk, and am already having more fun in some ways with the Neo than the Avata 2, as it's below the "care much" dollar threshold.

That's pretty cool. If I ever get into flying FPV with NEO, the speeds in your video would be plenty fast for me. It's amazing that the NEO kept going after crashing into some weeds.

As far as the "care much" dollar threshold, I feel the same way. It doesn't mean I would take more safety risks with flying the NEO but I feel more free to fly it in ways I would never fly my other drones due to its design and cost. It's a liberating feeling.

YEP a part of your FPV Budget will be replacing the lost ones and the ones you lose on private property you cant trespass to get ( I leave a note). and crashing of course. Keep up the Flying and nice video!

Great video, really enjoyed it The FPV aspect has always intrigued me and was one of the reasons I purchased this drone in the first place.
Perhaps santa will bless me with goggles this Xmas?
Just have to leave "her" a clue or two.

Also, FYI I did a little post tweaking for anyone that likes the color, etc.

Increased brightness a pinch, upped contrast, saturation, adjusted temperature to my liking... I'm impressed with what I've been able to get out out this camera.

Looked like you had a fun time. I just am unable to fly FPV and often have problems watching the videos. Especially if there's a lot of spins and flips.
