I cannot tell what app it is or if they are using overlays on a screenshot. Didn't the YouTuber share it? Go back and ask the producer of the video in the comments or if they have an email address listed, email them.

I dont think your looking at the video posted.
Looks real. It certainly isnt a game.
Its an overlay thats added in post, using data from the video
