Snowshoeing and Nordic Skiing

Yeah, it did an amazing job. I was worried that I would have problems with it in the snow before winter started since the VPS sensors aren't considered the greatest.
It was a beautiful day yesterday in the forest and today it is snowing again just as hard. It is amazing that last year we barely had enough snow and the Nordic ski centres were only open for about a week the whole season then had to close due to lack of snow. This year it is completely opposite, there is more than enough snow.
Those are my old snowshoes. Nowadays, they are made of aluminum, rubber and plastic with teeth for gripping. We have a few of the newer ones in my garage for my wife and sons but I prefer the old fashioned ones.
