RC2 and Neo 2

I am trying to connect my RC2 to my Neo2. It is currently set to fly my original Neo. When I select the Neo2 to connect to I get the message "No resources available. Download resource first.Not connected to wi-fi Downloading will use mobil data" HELP!
I can fly the Neo 2 using my iphone.

Don't you have to hold down the power button on the Neo 2 (While its powered on) until it starts beeping. Then do the same to the controller (While its powered on)?

DJI controllers use Android as their operating system.
When powered on, swipe down from the top.
Choose the Gear icon for Settings.
Choose Network/Internet Settings.
Choose Wifi
Find your home network and enter your password.
