Neo2 (& Avata 2) Altitude limit?

Greetings,

I recently took out my Neo 2 (and Avata 2) for some flying at a nearby mountain (In Las Vegas, NV, US). The mountain is ~550ft total height from my takeoff point, so I can legally fly up to ~950ft or so from my takeoff point, which is right at the base of the mountain. I wouldn't actually go that high, I would typically stop at maybe 50ft above the peak. But I was unable to raise the limit in my Goggles N3 or with my RC2 to go above 394ft. Same result with my Avata 2. I could swear I had been able to do this in the past. Am I misremembering? I was just at this same mountain a few days earlier with my Mavic4Pro+RC Pro 2, and had no issue raising the ceiling above 400ft. Did something change in a recent firmware update? I have seen UK YouTubers talking about something similar in recent firmware updates, but I haven't seen any reporting of it in the US.

The maximum height in europe is 120m. DJI drones measure this from take off point. The law says that the drone can be 120m high above terrain, not take off point. If you start to climb the mountain, the drone won´t follow you up to the top of the mountain and won´t blimb if reaches 120m. Why is this? Most likely, because dji drones are not yet that advanced, to be able to monitor terrain below and adjusting max height accordingly. DJI just simply locks all drones to 120m. You face this "issue" if you want to climb mountain with the drones, for regular pilots is not a big deal.
