Neo won’t pair with rc2!

No matter what I do the Neo just won’t pair with the rc2. I went thru the updates, so I don’t think that is the problem. Got it to fly with the iPhone and that sucks. Any ideas anyone?

I could not get it to pair with my Tripltek tablet but no problem with the iPhone. I haven't tried pairing it to the remote as I ordered the N3 just for it.

interesting that it doesnt pair to the tripletek That was my next thing to try

Might need to go into dji fly settings and enable 2.4G only mode for some mobile devices (without the RC)

DON'T use a MAC for Assistant 2!!......... Not unless you just want unknown problems.

That statement is not correct. Macs work fine, it just has to be a recent or current one preferably with USB-C ports.

Mine hardly ever worked without stopping in the middle I don't know why it is Never had a problem with the P.C. In fact really the only reason I have the PC is for Assistant, Betaflight, and Wargames lol

Don't know if it was solved recently but for a long while Assistant 2 did not work with Apple Silicon macs as DJI hadn't figured out drivers for them.
