I forgot to change the video recording from my Neo ( RC2 ) to my external card , it is on my RC2 internal , how do I get it on to my Mac ?

Try connecting the controller to your computer and see if it’s listed as a external drive.

The full quality footage would always be on the drone itself so that's what you want to connect to the computer and offload from.
