Help. My new neo has started a very troubling habbit. Its been amazing the first two weeks I've owned it but now the charge light is only flashing up to the 2nd light. My flight time now reflects this charge. Running for seconds rather than minutes.
Neo charge light only flashing on two of the four lights. Its a new problem. Its been fine for the two weeks ive owned it. Suddenly two lights is all.

It sucks that you're having this issue with your new NEO. To me, it sounds like there is a dead cell in the battery, and DJI's Intelligent Flight Batteries actively monitor the individual voltage of each cell inside the battery pack. If one of the cells is defective and refuses to take a charge, the battery's internal computer will permanently halt the charging process to prevent a fire hazard. That is why it gets "stuck" at the second LED (roughly 50%) and won't go any higher.
You should open a warranty claim with whomever you purchased your Neo from. If you bought it from DJI, check with them and see if you can get the battery replaced under warranty.
