My neo2 crashed into some bushes while doing a circle ????Im a complete novice .Any advice ?

Before flying in the circle mode you want to make sure there’s nothing to run into within your circle radius. You can use your phone to connect and make any adjustments from there. You must of had it set farher out than what you thought it would be . It would be easy to make that mistake if you weren’t use to how it worked yet. Also be mindful of tree branches or any wires. With practice it gets easier.

The OA should have detected a bush. Was it turned off?

How was the light level? I used mine a few weeks ago to do some selfie shots in a relatively well lit area, and mine flew straight into an iron fence. Thank goodness it didn't get damaged.

THe obstacle avoidance is far from perfect.

As mentioned, was the obstacle avoidance turned on?

If the bush did not have leaves on it, the obstacle avoidance may not have seen the thin branches.

My Neo 2 has clipped leafless branches on several occasions so far.

In my limited experience, the Neo 2 does well in well lit areas with large obstacles while moving at a walking to jogging pace.

The $250 ish price tag is still insane for a drone that dodges obstacles as well as it does.

If the upcoming Avata 360 has a similar avoidance system with even better sensors, wow, can't wait to see what it can do.
