I posted yesterday that I can only charge my Neo 1 battery to 70%. It will not charge any higher. I've tried using different chargers (65W and lower) and different cables. I drained the battery to zero and then recharged. Thanks to a group member, I learned that the DJI Fly app can display individual battery cell information (must be using the controller, not just phone). I looked at mine after charging to full (70%, won't go higher). Per the data shown in the app cell 1 is at 4.03 v and cell 2 is at 4.03 v. The green energy bars show full for both. Battery cycle count is 27 and I've had the drone just over 1 year.
According to the printing on back of battery, the max charge is 8.6 v. It looks like mine isn't achieving max charge. Is 8.6 v what others see when they completely charge their batteries? I ordered a charging cradle to see if it will charge to 100% . Any other thoughts on what might be going on here? I only have 1 battery and can only charge in the drone at this time.
