Yes I did search for the answers and couldn't find them:
1) Can video files on the Neo be deleted to free up hard drive space or must the drone be re-formatted to free up space?
2) Can I use the aftermarket charger here:to charge the Neo, battery bank, N3 goggles and motion 3 controller?

Connect the NEO to your computer and remove the files

I let mine charge as it’s connected to my computer

So no formatting is needed each time? Also, how large an SD card can the goggles take?

No formatting needed. Goggles will liekly take anything, size limits aren't a thing anymore these days. You didn't link to the charger.

512GB card is the max size noted by DJI for the N3 and Goggles3.

Based on trying different charging warts. 45 watts seems to be the sweet spot. The system limits the max to prevent too fast charging. Noticed when using a 65 watt vs. 45 watt power source the time and mAH delivered to the battery are similar based on a cheapo inline monitor. IIRC, when trying a 30watt source the hub worked. But was unable to initially feed power to all three batteries. Once one of the batteries reached a certain voltage both the battery that was sitting ideal began charging.

JMHO, don't waste your money on a DJI store charger. Overpriced. You can purchase a "name brand" or one of many generic versions at the Amazons of the world for significantly less $$s. Most modern USB-C to C cables are designed to handle more power than the Neo hub's capacity. No need to pay a premium for the "high power" cables.
