I have a DJI account. Turns out the issue was trying to activate with an android phone (S24 Ultra). Once I downloaded DJI Fly to an iOS device, it activated right away!

Good morning, thanks for your reply. I do have cellular connectivity. In addition I hooked my neo up to my computer and using the DJI assistant 2 application, I was only able to update the firmware. I cannot find an option to activate the drone.

I'm having trouble activating my neo, which makes it a paper weight right now. I've downloaded the DJI Fly app for Android and I can connect to the drone. I get all the way to the activation stage and it keeps telling me to check my connection and try again. Thanks for the help
