Sorry to hear of your problem, and I know how frustrating things can get. It is very unlikely that anyone from DJI will ever read this. I suggest contacting them directly or through their forum- GFields

2026 TSA RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CARRY ON AT AIRPORT
The rule seems pretty clear as it relates to drone batteries. 1. They can only be in your carry-on 2. The battery terminals must be protected. You can purchase battery bags, but that one mean one for each battery. I would think (but not confirmed) if you cover each one with electrical tape...- GFields
