    I got my refund too. I had no problem linking the goggles with the controller. Really wanted the neo to work. I was going to use it to practice using the goggles. That way if I screwed up it would be cheaper to replace than mini 4 pro.

    It's a simple procedure to pair it. But, when you spend hours watching videos and talking to DJI you start having doubts. To me, the next step is to see if others are having a problem. Then you proceed from there.

    Trouble Activating Neo

    Having the same issue. Have tried Samsung S21FE, controller, and goggles . I when to the DJI forum for help. I have watched many YouTube videos and I just know it's something I am missing. Updated everything I could.
