Update

Can’t update firmware. Phone connected to Neo. Try to update firmware, pop up says I need an internet connection. Connnect to internet, won’t install because I’m no longer connected to the Neo. Vicious circle. Any help?

Forget it, got it sorted out.

I connected to the internet, downloaded the package and then switched to the NEO wi-fi when the pop up said "installing".

The SPARK was the same way.

I called it the Wi-Fi dance.

For this process, I would have the phone download the new firmware, then once complete, connect to the Neo and start the install.
