Brazil is modifying its legislation for UA, changing from registration by "drone weight" to "risk in use", they are preparing the RBAC-100 (Brazilian Civil Aviation Regulation) which should come into force between the end of this year and the beginning of next year, with this now the system called SARPAS NG (New Generation Remotely Piloted Aircraft Request System) will require that each and every drone must be registered (smaller or larger than 250 g) and greater oversight will be carried out, we are looking forward to the official announcement so that we have broad knowledge about what these new rules will be like.
