Newbe question on NEO2

Hi

After owning a Mavic Mini since several years, I just bought a Neo2. Works like a charm ;-).
Only issue I have are the voice & motion control.
It will lift off and land on the palm, but does not recognize the palm movements.
Does others have had the same challenge and how was it resolved? (Maybe it is a system setting?)

Gesture Control only works in follow mode, flying without remote control from a smartphone or RC.

Thank you that works. I had never used it with a smartphone. But when i did, afterwareds it worked like a charm. Thaks.
