Neo FPV

My hope is that DJI will release a budget set of goggles for those of us who don’t already have googles 3.

Flying the Neo FPV with the Goggles 3 and motion controller. It's a fun little drone.
To compare the Neo to another drone below is a video shot in the same area with an Avata 2.
Awesome, thanks for sharing

I'm impressed! You pilots really show how to fly, much different than what I'm used to..

One thing of note, you can see the very short time im flying through the patio, i loose gps signal in that time, happens really fast and you need to be ready as the flight characteristics change significantly. I crashed twice on that route turning and pulling out and up over the fence

GPS loss happened near the end of my video too. I was using the motion controller.

I don't like using the Motion Controller, neither for Avata 2 nor for Neo. As soon as the drone will fall back into atti mode it's almost impossible to control it any longer. With RC3 it's so much simpler.

I can agree with that.

It's a bit daunting flying a $4000 drone at high speeds around obstacles vs flying a $200 drone in the same manner. That's one of the reasons I am so looking forward to getting my Neo.
And by all accounts, the NEO is pretty durable, making it the perfect drone for this.
