Joy Sticks (pre flight check)

I've been flying with the removable joystick remotes and never had it happen before.

I do a preflight check of the NEO and the MA2 before each flight but never checked the sticks, assuming they were screwed in properly.

My storage cases allows me to leave the sticks attached to save the hassle of installing and removing them on every flight.

Well...while flying the NEO yesterday, the right stick fell out.

No problems with the flight but a reminder to myself to check the sticks as well as the aircraft.

Me too. I find the sticks can loosen up pretty easily especially on my RC Pro.

All my hard cases support any of the various RCs (RC2, N2, etc.) with the sticks installed, so I've blue loctited all of them.

Can still easily remove them if necessary, but they don't loosen ever just from regular use.

I have 2 extra pairs tucked away in cases I use. You never know if you'll find it if you drop it in the grass. I lost a expensive cable a few years back on a farm with tall grass everywhere. Very easy to do and hard to find.
