I don't understand this place

I was told that in this place the GPS oscillates a lot, I went there to check and it really takes a long time to get flight clearance on the DJI Fly and I found that it oscillated a lot, in the Airdata appeared:14 TIP and 16 Warning (7x10062 = full storage, which I already knew and so I was already using the smartphone + 7x30002 GPS) link to the video of the attached screen recording.

This is very simple: try to fly far away from metal and electric objects. The metal messes up the compass of the drone, the ecetric smog causes interference of the radio signal.
