Hi. Excuse me for bad forum etiquette. Started posting before saying Hi.

Hello from sunny, but now the cold Northwoods on the warm side of L. Superior. Little bit cooler the FL. Lake Effect relative warmth in the Winter and cooling in the Summer with lower RH makes for usually pleasant conditions to enjoy the outdoors. Which is a good thing. The region has morphed into an outdoors recreation tourist based economy and "climate haven". We went from +10F/+5C warmer than normal to -5C colder than normal in less than a week. Can actually happen within a day with a switch from off to onshore winds. First Lake Effect snowstorm of the season over the past day or so. From harvesting cold tolerant veggies to shoveling snow in less than 2 days. Life in the North.

Outdoors quad flying season is probably over. If ice forms on L. Superior fixed wing FPV on sunny and warmer days is an option. Unsure how water resistant the DJI Neo is. I have treated other quads with conformal spray that has basically made them waterproof. Neo construction and design is an application challenge.
