Appears that's indeed the case... showed in my google feed, didn’t check the date.

I was a bit puzzled when I went to update everything yesterday and it was already up to date

Speaking of firmware updates, version 0400 just got pushed out by DJI. Goggles N3 and 3 now work with the Neo.
