camera control missing on virtual sticks

Yep you can tell ive been out having a play with all the questions, so heres another one.

After completing a circle the camera was pointing down slightly, when i launch the virtual sticks i noticed there is no way to move the camera, seems a bit of an oversight, or am i missing it

In one of the videos I saw there was a slider on the side. Maybe it only appears when you touch the screen.
