It took awhile for DJI to understand the Western concept of customer service. I think they're doing a pretty darn good job now. A few hiccups on occasion, but overall doing a very nice job.

Well, at least I got a shoutout, I didn't even know I was in this video... 🤣 I'm not really using it, but it is a fun little drone. I'll use it mainly for teaching a displays. I have only flown it under very controlled situations, and mostly with the controller. Fun to fly, not really anything...

I don't know how long I'll keep my NEO, but here I am... 🤷‍♂️
