I have my trust certificate and don't fly over cars. Actually the less people I'm around, the better. Will have my Part107 in a few days.

When I first got to the location I had a ND4 on the lens. I thought I made it look too dark. So I took it off. But then again that was just watching it through the goggles. Maybe l actually should leave the ND4 for on the lens and process it to see how it looks in the end. Thanks for the advice.

That is indeed useful info. For some reason I thought drones simply weren't allowed to fly over people. But you are correct with the Category 1 classification. Like I told sarahb above, I'm suffering from information overload. 🤣 Thanks for the clarification.

Please excuse my ignorance. Being new to droning, along with what's left of my brain swimming in YouTube videos and part 107 study, it's just impossible to absorb it all immediately. Having said that, I was quite surprised at how precise one can fly the Neo around indoors with motion controller...

Have the trust certificate. Who's going to use a neo commercially? And the remote ID module probably weigh as much as the drone.

.....AND.... Like the Neo, it does not have to be registered with the FAA.

They fixed the problem on the Goggles 3 tutorial. It actually shows the goggles instead of misleading you by showing the motion controller when telling you to press the 5D button.

I have definitely seen it. Launching the tutorial is confusing because it tells you depress the 5D button. The 5D button is the toggle button on the goggles. But it shows the hand controller, so people think the 5D button is on the hand controller. And you cannot launch the tutorial that way. So...
