I always place a usb fan pointing my DJI drones (mini 3 pro, mini 4 pro, Avata 2) when I do updates as I never know how long it would take. They get hot and I just don’t want the risk of them shutting down due to excessive heat during an update.

Rc-n3 is also bundled with air3s for lower price instead of rc2. So this controller was made strictly I think to reduce cost but not necessarily to match a budget drone.
