Mmmmm not so true. We dont do categories if recs. U.S. as well. I dont use RID and i just fly over trees and brush if prop guards off and im still compliant.

I do most of flying above the roof lines so i dont use them anyway. The prop guards come in handy if you are flying near buildings, poles, non tree structures or your house though. Really it helps with sound if removed?

Man the neo 2 is awesome! Took it out the other day, 7mph wind gusting 21mph and the thing flew amazing with RC2 at about 160 feet. It handled 20mph great, Im thinking of taking the prop guards off maybe you can do 25mph gusts, Im sure also if you add weight it may help with gusts past 20.
