I have not bought from Amazon, my Avata 2 I ordered yesterday comes from DJI and so does the Neo. DJI indicated yesterday it would ship today and be here Oct. 8th. The unpairable neo is boxed up and I’ll be dropping it at ups maybe Friday.

Just ordered an Avata 2 from DJI, they say ETA Oct. 8th. I’ll get another Neo when Amazon has them and give it a second shot. If the next one don’t pair with the goggles 3 and rc2, I’ll just forgetaboutit.

The DJI tech had me check and see if it would pair to my air 3 and it did immediately. I think it’s a software issue,tech wanted me to access DJI assist 2 using a computer, I don’t have a pc.
