Hi, I purchased the Avata2 and Neo a few weeks back, and still not able to activate the Neo but Avata2 was OK. Looks like procedure initiates a temporary Network for the activation procedure but somehow gets blocked. Constantly coming back (lost connection etc...). WHY such an UNFRIENDLY...
